BA823 DUB-LHR few days ago. Taxi after landing came to abrupt stop, after couple of minutes pilot announced that ATC has allocated a wrong stand (hope it is right term) which is behind us and they're trying to figure out the best way to get there. Not much of a delay in the end.
While deplaning I saw very agitated gentleman having a go at young female FA. Didn't hear the whole exchange, but as I walked past he was ranting "blaming ATC for your incompetence is unacceptable! This is shambles! I will not leave it like that!" But as I didn't hear him mention his status/importance/how often he flies then not sure if it's proper DYKWIA.
Probably not even worth mentioning a lovely lady who, while boarding in DUB, put her roller in front of me and said "I need you to put it up there!" while pointing at the locker.
