Yes lounge access at every departure point prior to an EK flight in J. EK Lounges at outstations tend to only be open prior to EK departures and not outside of those hours, especially since no other pax typically have access rights

Now all I have to do is plan our 1 week stay, still need to find much info and great websites, forums, facebook groups, blogs, maps to get a sense of Dubai and where we want to stay.. huge city! But I will eventually have it covered! ha! LOL :-) Thanks again!
