Been trying to change destinations on my JAL flights but AA agents said they unable to see J space, despite the fact that it's there on Avios and Alaska search engine. I wonder if it's married segment issues (xxx-ORD-NRT) that I am better off start new reservation instead of making destinations changes to existing award reservation?
