Nick, you are quite right about miles/points for few £ more. My thought was that to travel LHR-AMs, I did not think that paying the Club fare was worth it for so short a flight. However if the difference is so slight, then of course. I am surpirsed to learn that the Load Sheet gives no upgrade info. It used to, as I have read it for myself but this was (in this very specific incident) in long haul back in 1993.
