All the load sheets I have seen clearly state the booked class and the seated class, together with FF status. They also stated any reason for upgrade (OPS, Gesture or other) Besides being told about these upgrades by the CSD I overheard everyone in front of me, next to me and behind me. Moving the divider probably couldn't solve this as some seats were already given out (I checked in on my outbound to LHR with 7A), the rear cabin was also full, the only logical explanation would be that an earlier flight or a klm flight had been cancelled, this was the last flight out of LHR on friday and I guess it's cheaper to get catering for 20 pax than putting them in a hotel... If this were the case some explanation would be in place...
Without stereotyping to much, the pax in C were NOT your usual business class pax and were clearly new to the whole thing...
All I am stating is that due to some unforseen resaon the service I expect for almost fl1000,- was not provided.
