On a separate note, it looks like fraud losses on UK cards due to fraud committed in the US dropped from ~£33 million to ~£17 million since 2015, making the US no longer the #1 country:

I'm surprised Ireland is as high as it is, though, but then again, that same source says that 85% of fraud abroad is CNP (so perhaps Ireland doesn't use 3D Secure all that much?)
