Just put two tickets in F on hold via AA for JFK-NRT on JAL that I just booked over the phone. Phone agent misspelled my passenger's name by one letter. They're working on fixing it with JAL but warned it could take a bit. I have until the next five days but wondering if anyone has had experience with JAL and name changes? Phone agent made it seem like it would only take one or two days but worried it may take longer. Noted previous post where someone had to cancel and rebook for a name change but this is simply a misspelling and caused by AA's error.
Anyone out there have experience with this?
