Choosing JFK-SFO flights. What is better in terms of service:

762 in Business (three class plane)
763 in "First" (two class plane)

I know the seats are better on the '300, but what about the service. Does the 763 get the AFS equivalent to the 763 in Biz, or is it standard Domestic First. *OR* is it even better?!? Something "between" Biz and First on the '200.
