I stumbled across this on an A.net thread. I couldn't imagine where they had room for a club, so I took a walk through after arriving from PHL the other night. It's below gate level; the stairwell and elevator to access it is after the DL gates. (The magenta colored wall in the first pic is the elevator shaft.)




After getting to the bottom of the stairwell you enter the lounge by going through frosted glass doors. It was closed so I wasn't able to get in to check it out. (Of course I forgot to snap a pic of the entrance.) I'm not even sure if the lounge had been officially opened yet, but there was a sign on the door stating that it would be closed for an event today (5/8).
