1. I am reaching out to this forum because of the confusing information I have both read and received outside the FT community pertaining to business class lounge access. Here is the scenario, we are flying business class on emirates A380 LAX DXB with 1 week stopover in DXB then onto emirates business class A380 DXB SIN (all on 1 ticket). Please note that this is an alaska business award redemption for EK flights.

2. I have read that the chauffeur drive is not available to us because we are on alaska award redemption. Can you confirm that we can no longer go to the CD help desk showing our BP to receive a voucher?
