3 Adults One Room at St. Regis Tokyo

So I have a 2 night stay at the St. Regis in Osaka coming up in 2 weeks that I booked through the Marriott website. I haven't stayed in a Marriott property since the merger, but I still think that I'm gold elite through my AMEX Plat. Since I normally book rooms for one, I never checked the occupancy limit when I made my booking a few months ago. Turns out I booked a room with a 2 person maximum occupancy. The room does have 2 beds, but I'm kind of unsure what to do here. Do I call in and try and upgrade my room (about 2k a night CAD), or do I simply just try and check in? I do need at least 2 beds.
