The official docs state that its not possible to combine with MFU, so no.

Just call the regular EC reservations line, not the shareholders number. Ask to do a WT+ with Shareholders discount and then say you want to upgrade. Success rates are high with this recently... as always with the EC, if you don't like the answer, call again later.
