I mostly agree with the conclusion, although IIRC A-list is 25 one-way itineraries, which could be up to 50 PQS-equivalents if they are all connecting flights (but on average probably closest to Silver).
And TQP are spend-based so more of a PQD analogue (although with multipliers, so it's not a strict comparison...)
