This is correct. I am currently on a challenge from SWA A-list to United Silver. It was done through my company (
https://www.united.com/web/en-US/app...etailsCSM.aspx). I'm sorta annoyed as I would think A-list would match up to gold, not silver. This was mostly a ploy on my end to get A-list again by getting status on united then requesting a status match in 2021 with southwest.
