If you are on a through (same ticket) then if you mis-connex in SIN then it is up to SQ to offer you re-booking on next available flight to PER and your welfare (Hotac/meals/taxis)

You have a very short transfer time 50m - I do see that SQ do sell this as a through connection but I would be a tad stressed doing it
