Just want to check my understanding of CE D class (in this case, LHR-TXL-LHR). My understanding is that CE D class is fully flexible and can be cancelled for a full refund in advance of travel, subject to a cancellation fee of GBP15 online. Is that correct? It used to be the case, but BA have been changing all the fares in business. So i believe that now a lot of the D and indeed C fares are non refundable.
