What is the fare basis

Checking on EF, I can see several D class fares ; 1st ones I checked were DQM0V2R and DQM0V2R, both of which are non refundable; the most expensive ones are refundable

The booking class doesn't determine whether it is refundable, then whole fare basis needs to be considered
