Club Europe - "D" class, fully flexible and refundable?
Just want to check my understanding of CE D class (in this case, LHR-TXL-LHR). My understanding is that CE D class is fully flexible and can be cancelled for a full refund in advance of travel, subject to a cancellation fee of GBP15 online. Is that correct? Telephone operator thinks differently and I've had a change of travel plans! Thanks in advance.
