All of the concourses are the same width as far as I know. If Delta would bring back the automated GIDS announcements it would help with reducing the chaos. And they need to end gate control of flights. Have one central desks where passengers who need assistance with seat assignments or other questions. The Sky Club agents can make changes as well. Passenger shouldn't be allowed to approach the gate agents. Their job should be to board the flight, not take care of passenger requests.
