No, it’s PE fare.

The way I look at it, PE is only worth considering it if it’s max 2x the price of economy on the same flight. Lowest PE fare is usually 80-100% more than the lowest economy fare on respectable carriers such as BR, SQ and CX (of course it’s not always the case that such fares are available). I also don’t believe in spending more than $2000 to fly anywhere round trip, even if it’s PE. The most I ever spent on PE was just a hair under $2000 for SEA-JNB.

From SEA/YVR, you can fly to TYO for as little as $700 economy return, $1200 PE return. (I’m excluding Chinese airlines, too). In peak season, i still never pay more than $1300 return on economy. This Xmas we’re going nonstop on JAL economy for $900 return at peak season. I used to live in BOS and I never spent more than $1300 to travel to Jpn back then either... generally $900-1300 economy. So I would think a reasonable price range for PE is double that. I defer to AlwaysAisle since it looks like he’s based there and I’m not anymore. But it sounds like what he’s saying is not all that different from what I’m saying.
