My understanding (which is old) is that at times UA will do a challenge (as do other airlines) with a job change, particularly when the airline has a corporate account. But i think if you just call up and say "hey, I want a challenge" the answer is no... Put another way, they don't need to entice you away from someone else, nor is there any evidence that you are worth enticing...
