Does United offer a status challenge without having status from another airline with which to match, i.e. a status challenge without the status match portion?
From what I am seeing, United only provides a "status match challenge" but no "status challenge" without matching.
Since I currently only have SW A-list but will be doing a lot of miles this summer for which I could earn quite a bit on a straight status challenge to a higher tier status (if available), I am bummed.
