Someone connecting at T5 can indeed go to T3 for lounge usage, not least for the paid for lounges, which the AA club is in this context. As noted elsewhere in this forum many times before! Nothing to do with an hourly bus, though it could relate to the hourly let-out service from T5 airside. If in the arrival channel - either from just arriving in T5 or off the let-out service, just follow the signs for T2, T3 or T4. There is even signage in the T5A bus area as to where the lounges are to be found. But that's a different scenario from the posts above.
