Some good points. I’d add that they have done better in Al Safwa. When they opened, they seared scallops as an appetizer...no more.
They could easily make a pan fried steak to order on a hot plate...but they don’t. Instead, they are ok going for mediocrity of precooking a steak in an outbuilding.
