Have you called DL's phone operators yet with your request? That is the way you do it with the least hassle.
If I understand the OP, he is flying with two minor children, and his wife is not going on the trip.
If so, make sure you have a signed, notarized letter from your wife authorizing you to travel with the two minor children on that trip. I would also have a copy of your wife's passport information page as well to further support the letter. Immigration officials like to ask where the other parent is and possibly probe deeper.
