I have mistakenly expected service and good and fair value for money when buying this upgrade. I bought the upgrade for my sister who is 72 years of age , but she can have free champagne but does not drink alcohol and the use of the ‘lounge’. Is this worth doubling the fare ? I am sorry I expected too much from BA
What service have you not had? You have exceptional value for a business class seat. I hope BA never changes this policy which allows free seat selection at time of booking for One world Emeralds like me. It is grossly unfair to allow once in a blue moon flyers to take all the best seats in advance and leave frequent flyers who tend to book late with the leftovers.
Just because this does not suit your particular case, doesn't mean it is bad for the rest of us.
