Location: The place where it gets so hot in the summer some planes can't take off.

I just confirmed on stays at CY and Sheraton last week that both earned points on incidentals. CY surprised me, and even the front desk staff said you dont earn points on restaurant charges. This CY (Portland City Center) has an actual restaurant attached instead of a Bistro if that makes any difference.
