We rarely do longer CE trips ... one a year, Band 3 to MLA, is about the norm so we have very little experience. Endless Band 1 between JER and LGW, of course, where I very often don’t bother/need to eat (like yestereve!). In the latter case, in my head, it’s more of a snack than a meal.
