The new terminal is going to be south of the existing terminal, adjacent to the existing C parking garage. You can see it under construction if you enter the airport from the 417 or Boggy Creek Road. Last I heard it will mainly be used by B6 and their partners.

It’s so the TSA doesn’t have to re-screen all of the international pax since the exit to the FIS is airside.
