If on one PNR, luggage will be checked through. IIRC, MCT is 50 minutes for that itinerary. QR arrives into T4S and the VY flight will leave from T4, it's a pretty standard connection. You will have to take a train from T4S to T4, go through transit security and you will be landside again. QR tends to arrive at gates closest to immigration so I'll just say not that long of a walk and a tip for speed is to use lifts rather than escalators after immigration.
