GM - Award Ticket + Economy Plus seat - Upgrade to J award - refund on the seat?
Hello All,

I hope you're all having a good weekend.
My wife used miles purchase an award ticket with United IAD-AMS for 30K miles, and paid ~$170 for Economy Plus seat. Now, Business Saver opened, for 60K miles in total.

If she upgrades, will she get a refund for the ~$170 economy plus seat?
