What’s the minimum connecting time in MAD? Flying in with QR, connecting to SVQ with VY.

If ticketed under one PNR, will our luggage check through to SVQ or should we collect luggage at MAD and re-check? What terminals will be QR arrival and VY departure? How long is the walk between the terminals?
