Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
King Deluxe Room on Chase free night voucher
Received an accessible larger king room on the top floor with a city view - hotel was nearly sold out with a conference group inside the hotel; this was the best they could offer but I liked it
Also received $10 off bar or minibar and 1pm check-out. Did not receive a spa discount.

How are the rooms?
Quite nice, good styling and clean

What was good and what was bad?

Good -

• Very nice employees, responsive, helpful
• Spent a few hours in the bar with colleagues and it was quite enjoyable
• Rooftop terrace was a nice little perk altho no bar service up there
• Lobby has a nice study/reading room; was able to take a call from the corner without disturbing anyone
• Good location right on the Red Line

Bad -

• Nothing noteworthy
• I suppose I didn't like the roll-in shower but was warned in advance
• The view wasn't really that memorable?

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
This was my first Kimpton stay and I was really impressed. Would definitely return.
