As far as the general FT sentiment about Delta, I think I already have a good impression (NOT stellar, to be specific). I know it's rather naïve/ambitious, but I see this constant criticism as a motivation for me to get out and effect some changes. Columbia04! Perhaps the reason we express all our frustrations on this board is that we want to see DL go back to its former glory and we have the silly idea that someone at DL make take notice of what we say here. (Fat chance
) So perhaps you can help DL understand that people here represent a good segment of the most faithful DL FFs and that they should take notice.
