I've noticed something else similar to what the OP posted last year but got no reply.

• Search Flight only, choose flights, then choose option to add hotel to the flights. This clearly shows no baggage included, but is cheaper.
• Search Flight+Hotel, options get presented as usual as hotels with flight options. This clearly shows baggage is now included but is more expensive.

I thought the former option would normally include baggage and I am fairly sure I've done this in the past and got baggage, but unless it's a BA IT mistake it appears there is a difference now?

Would welcome feedback from others.
