Sorry to drag this up again, but I'm still a little unclear on this.

I had problems earlier this year combining a shareholder discount with an MFU, but the gist of this thread is that you can now do them, kind of...

I'll need to book another MFU shortly, but it's an open jaw so can't be booked on-line. Will the shareholder call centre be able/willing to book this for me or is it tough luck as it has to be a manual transaction? Is there something that I can quote them if they say it's not possible?
