From what I hear there are many problems for residents due to poor workmanship so I'm not sure how this translates to the quality of the upcoming hotels in the building.
This seems to be a problem in Bangkok recently. Reports of construction quality issues at the PH, and I was surprised by a relatively high level of traffic noise in the rooms at the new Rosewood. Curious because older properties like SGS have highly effective sound-proofing.
