It seems to be the new norm in America. Jobs that are not considered tipped positions putting out jars asking for them. Kind of like the girl at the Hilton who sold me a Diet Pepsi that I picked up from the cooler making a point to highlight the tip line on the bill last week. (Uh NO! I didn't tip her all she did was ring up the sale and she wasn't even pleasant then !)
