What do you put in when flying with other *A airlines? EBG1718xxxxx, EBD1718xxxxx, only 1718xxxxx?
Tough to use when it changes based on the carrier, so looking for some form of consistency (if that exists with SK)

Reading other threads on FT, agree with others that SKs loyalty programs are a bit sub-par, but seems others might be looking a bit elsewhere too.
You really speak to my soul. I travel on AI a lot. AI bookings can't handle EBD numbers. I've contacted SAS and AI numerous times about this and haven't heard much from them. Though if you book on the AI website and enter your EBD number, it fails to show up on your boarding pass but still miles get added correctly in a few days.

Though recently I had a BOM-LHR roundtrip in business on AI that would earn me 18k points. I booked it on an OTA and was unable to add my EBD number. It took SAS about two months to verify that I had actually traveled on this flight after the online retro-credit form failed to verify that I had actually traveled on this flight. The AI staff at BOM was very capable, though, and had no trouble issuing a lounge invitation to a companion who was traveling on another *A carrier at the same time once they saw my EBD card. In LHR, the AI check in agents said that they have faced the same issue a number of times because the AI system couldn't handle the EBD numbers.
