I have two overlapping 65 day windows going (I apply at the date of my 2nd last application + 65 days).
Thinking of going to 64 days for one application since I'll be traveling on day 65 and I'd rather deal with it before I leave. I don't think there is much risk since the "real" rule is 2 apps per 60 days.
If I do get rejected for too many apps, and recon can't or won't help, does that "count" as an application?
