There is no rule on how much each is worth in compensation, its mostly to replace the cost(s) you had to cover the delay. Once damaged, the luggage value is replaced, but after depreciation (10% per year, max 50% depreciation). So get a good estimate (that states that the luggage is destroyed beyond repair) provide the original invoice and estimated replacement value of the luggage and submit it along with evidence/receipts of the things you had to purchase during the dealy.
