It does rule out a POUG for sure. It won't rule out an AUP, which can be checked in the Customer Service Desk in Zone A, or the left hand desk in the lounge entrance foyer. Otherwise just keep checking LGW-LAS (not ex DUB) for normal Avios availability in CW.
