It would help if you gave your travel class and lounge card.

MSPEconomist is (almost) correct. There are actually 2 Lounges accessible with Lounge Club in CDG, but neither option is great. Icare in Terminal 1, which is only for *A iirc, so you won't have a chance go near with either airline. In terminal 2 you only have the Yotelair which is basically a free access bar with paid food and drinks, and the lounge card will grant you 12 Euro worth of vouchers so basically 2 sandwiches and a beer.

AF does offer paid access to their lounge to pax with a Premium Eco ticket, for something like 45 euros. Quality of food and drinks in there is higher than your average J lounge so you can probably get your 45 euros worth in Champagne if you drink a lot! If you are trying to save money though....

Note that AF does offer Champagne (Cuvée de Cheapo) on long haul for free to economy class passengers. AF also offers free service snacks throughout the flight. If you are travelling eco anyway, that peace of mind of not having to pay extra may be better than trying to shift lounge food into your rucksack, which is frowned upon as a sidenote.

As for the seats, either option is probably just as terrible.

Safe flight!
