I've never flown JAL before but am going JFK-NRT-BKK-HND-JFK in Y in July.

I have OWE from BA and I have reserved exit seats and get lounge access all they way. I'm thinking about trying for the cash upgrade. What do people think? Worth this if I have exit seats already?
