Who did you book the flights with? A travel agent or another airline? Where I’ve seen this before is when booked with another party that have told QR that there is a booking coming but it’s not formally gone through yet, it’s like a provisional booking.
Although the QSuite answer makes more sense if you booked it with Qatar, that is frustrating.
