I would add the financial stability to the pro list for AF/KL. D8 is under heavy financial pressure and despite June is not far away, anything can happen really.
Just take AF/KL.

I am right now flying with them. Technical failure of aircraft took 6 hours to repair. And that is in their main hub, OSL. There are no back up aircraft at the moment.

So as someone above mentioned, with IRROPS like I experience now, you are screwed.
