The seat vs the rest of the service.

I was thinking about this recently whilst sitting in Club World from YYZ to LHR on a 777. What is the most important aspect to people when they fly for Business? The seat or the service?

For me, it is entirely down to the seat and all the things relative to it such as my ability to sleep in it, comfort, privacy, storage and charging devices.
I am almost entirely unconcerned with the food and the way it's served as I find BA's menu to be so outdated I feel like I've gone out for a fancy meal with my parents in 1984.
Steak and taters. Oooh chicken breast and veg, fancy! A pasta, wow great thinking!
I tend to fill up in the lounge or purchase food I actually want to eat rather than relying on the on board food to be nice enough that I'd want to eat it.
I also say there is no food in the sky that is better than food on the ground and after sampling most major airlines F and J offering I still beleive this (unless it's that Wagyu they have on JAL - dear lordy me!)

So how does it work for you? The seat...or the in flight service?
