PRG for some reason now uses gate A8 for some LHR and LCY flights which is a bus gate. There is also Gate security, Buses boarded 40 mins before departure and held on tarmac. Until 20 mins before departure. On inbound flights more than 10 minutes late would suggest this is now a challenge.
