It is indeed SVX, Yekaterinburg in full name. The lounge was a full advertising space for Audi. Very recently refurbished, and despite being only a domestic lounge, probably the best lounge I have been to in Russia. But thinking of DME and SVO, that says very little.
I thought the Audi pillow was enough to add some level of red herring to the picture.
