So I don't get a guest service facility, also called a Hotel, where asking for the GM results in a ASSISTANT guest relations manager being sent.

Sure, the GM may be busy or away, but if they aren't, why do some GMs hide from meeting the guest.

Anyway, as you know me well, if I was in your shoes, s**t would have hit the fan.
